Johnathan Harris paints vibrant, colorful, contemporary Southwestern and European landscapes, urban landscapes, abstract expressionistic and wildlife paintings on canvas using a uniquely bright, vivid color palette. Johnathan's art focuses on the mountains of the Southwestern US as well as desert landscapes from the areas around Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Taos, Chimayo, Ghost Ranch and Abiqui, New Mexico as well as other parts of Northern New Mexico. He also paints vibrant landscapes from the Sonoran Desert regions of Arizona near Tucson, Phoenix, Mesa and other areas of this beautiful state including the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff and the Monument Valley region. He also creates paintings of the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Idaho and New Mexico. He is extremely inspired by vibrant autumn Aspen landscapes and paints them in full fall color with vivid, bright foliage to highlight the natural splendor of this magical landscape during this wonderful time of year. Other areas he captures on canvas include scenes from our national parks such as Grand Teton Nation Park, Yellowstone National Park, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Monument Valley and many others.

Johnathan Harris has been represented in Contemporary art galleries across the United States for many years. He currently exhibits at The Art Collective in Rogers, Arkansas. He has been represented by galleries in Santa Fe, New Mexico; Tucson, Arizona; Scottsdale, Arizona; Los Angeles, California; Carmel-by-the-Sea, California; Memphis, Tennessee and Little Rock, Arkansas.
